Thames Valley Police are asking for witnesses to come forward following two incidents in Bicester involving outraging public decency and reports of a suspicious person.

On Thursday (9 October) at approximately 9.50pm, a woman in her twenties was walking towards Buckingham Road near KFC when she saw a man exposing himself on the opposite side of the road close to Buckingham Crescent.

About ten minutes later, a different woman in her late teens noticed a man in the garden of a property on Merton Walk, looking through the window. The man approached the door, left, and then returned ten minutes later to look through the window again before walking away.

Police believe the same individual is responsible for both incidents.

The suspect is described as a white man, slim, in his early twenties, around 5ft 7ins tall, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and dark grey tracksuit bottoms.
