Motorcyclist in hospital with serious injuries following Kidlington crash

Police are now looking for witnesses

A motorcyclist is in hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Kidlington.

It happened around 11am on Wednesday (2nd April) on the A4260, at the junction with The Straight Mile between Kidlington and Shipton-on-Cherwell, and involved a blue Honda Jazz and a black motorcycle.

The motorcycle rider, a man in his sixties, suffered serious injuries, while the driver of the Honda didn't sustain any injuries.

Now, Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to the crash.

Investigating officer PC Mark Jones, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “I am appealing for witnesses to this collision.

“If you saw anything or have dash-cam footage of the collision or the moments leading up to it, please get in touch."
