An inquest has opened today into the deaths of an elderly couple in Oxfordshire.

Police discovered the bodies of David and Zena Hoskins at their home in Milton, near Didcot, on September 15th.

The court's heard Zena was found in bed and died of a traumatic head injury - while her husband, David, was found in the garage of the house.

Police say they're not looking for anyone in connection with the incident and that their family continue to be supported by specially trained officers.

Oxfordshire Coroner, Nicholas Graham has now adjourned the full inquest until next May.
