Teenager killed in A34 crash

A teenager has died in a crash on the A34 in Oxfordshire.

At around 5am today {26 October), a blue Ford Fiesta travelling northbound on the A34 was involved in a collision with a parked lorry in a lay-by just past the Bletchingdon junction.

The driver of the Fiesta, a 19-year-old man, sadly died at the scene.

The lorry driver, a man in his seventies, sustained minor injuries but did not require hospital treatment.

Police enquiries into the circumstances of the collision are ongoing.
