Met Office issues yellow snow warning for NI
The alert starts from 6am on Thursday
A yellow weather warning for snow has been issued for Northern Ireland on Thursday and Friday.
The alert covers all the country and comes into effect at 6am on Thursday morning and last until Friday 6am.
The period of expected snowfall could bring disruption on Thursday and into Friday morning.
The Met Office has said there is a small chance that power cuts will occur and other services, such as mobile phone coverage, may be affected.
Rural communities could also become cut off.
Travel disruption and delays on roads are also possible with stranded vehicles and passengers, along with delayed or cancelled rail and air travel.
