Police are appealing for witnesses after a young boy was seriously injured in a road traffic collision on the A43 Kettering Road in Moulton.

The incident occurred at around 5.40pm on Sunday, May 11, and involved a collision between the boy, who was riding a pedal cycle, and a silver Ford Focus.

Emergency services responded quickly to the scene, and the boy was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital with serious injuries.

His current condition has not been disclosed.

Officers from Northamptonshire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash-cam footage that may have captured any part of the collision to come forward.
