Woman sexually assaulted in Northampton
Police are appealing for witnesses following the attack on Tuesday (28th May).
Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted in The Mounts, Northampton.
The incident happened on Tuesday, May 28, between midnight and 1.30am, when a woman was taken inside a house by a man and seriously sexually assaulted.
She eventually fled from the address without her shoes.
Witnesses or anyone with information should contact Northamptonshire Police on 101.
Police are particularly interested to appeal to residents in the vicinity of Military Road who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time.
