Two in court over teen stabbing in Corby

The incident happened in Shetland Way on Monday 15th April.

Two men have appeared in court charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. It's in relation to a serious assault on a teenager in a park in Corby.

Max Boulton, aged 18, of Gainsborough Court, Corby, and Logan McBride, aged 18, of Everest Lane, Corby, appeared before Northampton Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, April 18.

Both are charged in relation to an assault which took place in Shetland Way at around 5pm on Monday, April 15th.

A teenager was chased and stabbed but his injuries are not life threatening or life changing.

Boulton was also charged with one count of possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed object in a public place in relation to the same incident.

Boulton was remanded in custody and McBride was released on conditional bail ahead of their next appearance before Northampton Crown Court on May 30th.
