Two charged with drug offences after Northampton incident

It follows an incident on St Giles Start on Saturday

Two people have been charged with class A drug offences following an incident in Northampton.

The incident took place on St Giles Street last Saturday.

Connor Anthony Holland, 28, of Kettering, has been changed with possession with intent to supply class A drugs, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, public order, possession of class B drugs and common assault on an emergency worker.

A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs and possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.

The pair appeared at Northampton Magistrates Court on Monday, and were remanded into custody ahead of a hearing at Northampton Crown Court on 22 July.
