Police say the investigation is not being treated as terror related
Two people arrested as part of an investigation into the illegal possession of chemicals in Corby have been released on bail.
Northamptonshire Police say a 15-year-old boy and a 38-year-old woman were arrested on Thursday (8 May) as part of an investigation into a report of a social media account being used to advertise and sell suspected home-made pyrotechnics.
The investigation is not currently being treated as terror related.
The boy and the woman, who were arrested on suspicion of possession of an explosive substance for an unlawful purpose and selling reportable explosive precursors, have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
