Police appeal after Rushden assault
It's as a man was stabbed
Police officers are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously assaulted in High Street, Rushden.
The incident happened near Tesco Express at about 6.30pm yesterday (December 11) when a man in his 40s was stabbed.
He was taken to hospital but thankfully his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
A 55-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody at this time.
