Pedestrian seriously hurt after collision

A pedestrian was seriously injured following a collision in Semilong Road, Northampton.

At about 9pm yesterday, a collision occurred between the pedestrian and the driver of a black Nissan Juke car occured.

The pedestrian – a woman in his 40s - was taken to the University Hospital Coventry with serious injuries.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for information.
