Part of A43 closed due to serious accident
An incident happened on the A43 between Brackley and Towcester overnight
The A43 between Brackley and Towcester is closed in both directions due to a serious road traffic collision according to Northamptonshire Police.
They say the road has been closed throughout the night.
Motorists are advised to seek an alternative route.
The A43 is closed from the Silverstone bypass southbound between Silverstone and Towcester, and northbound between Towcester and Whittlebury.
It's as accident Investigations are ongoing.
National Highways expect the road to be closed until midday.
