If you're enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about rugby, do you think you could you entertain Northampton fans at Franklins Gardens?

Saints are looking for someone to join them as their beloved mascot, Bernie the Dog, during home matches.

In an application posted on the Saints website on Monday 29th July, they say for the 2024/25 season, they're looking for candidates to "join our elite group of performers and become our mascot, Bernie the Dog, on home matchdays!"

The club say key responsibilities include engaging with Saints supporters of all ages, creating a memorable and fun experience.

They also include participating in pre-match and half-time activities in the Supporter Village and on the pitch, including competitions and other fan interactions to contribute to a positive matchday atmosphere.

The club say applicants must be 18 or over and complete a DBS check. They say anyone with live experience of dance, drama, circus skills or other mascot roles are welcomed.

Full training will also be given.

The application is open until Friday 16th August.
