Northampton man jailed for breaching Sexual Risk Order

21-year-old Conor McIntyre contacted girls between the ages of 12 and 17

A 21-year-old man from Northampton has been sent to prison after breaching his Sexual Risk Order (SRO).

Conor McIntyre, previously of Kings Heath, was sentenced to a total of two years and eight months at Northampton Crown Court on 13 November.

McIntyre was issued with an SRO in November 2024 but breached the order multiple times.

In August 2025, he was given a 20-month suspended sentence after admitting five breaches of the conditions. These included contacting girls aged 16 and 12, concealing his history of online communication, withholding information about a relationship, and failing to provide access to a messaging account.

He breached the order again in September 2025 when he was arrested by police in Milton Keynes for being in contact with two girls aged 17 and 13—violating the SRO’s condition prohibiting contact with anyone under 18.

McIntyre pleaded guilty to breaches of the order at Northampton Crown Court last month and returned to the court this month for sentencing.
