Hundreds of holiday park residents in Northampton have been evacuated for a second time this year due to flooding.

The Billing Aquadrome says it made the decision following a meeting with emergency services.

West Northamptonshire Council says it's working with Local Resilience Forum partners to ensure residents are moved to a place of safety.

The evacuation comes after heavy rainfall and rising water levels.

The park, in Great Billing, says contractors will need to test the electricity supply before the site can reopen and that safety must remain their utmost priority.
