Series of vehicle thefts in Raunds and Ringstead

Police advise not to keep anything in cars

Northamptonshire police are currently investigating a series of thefts from vehicles in Raunds and Ringstead.

They're reported to have happened between 3.30 am and 3.50 am on Saturday February 24; according to police reports an unknown suspect gained entry to four cars parked in Butts Road and Buttercup close, Raunds, and in Back lane, Ringstead.

Its thought some of the items stolen from the cars include designer handbags, shoes and perfume.

Police describe the suspect as being a white person, wearing, wearing a light- coloured beanie hat with a built in torch, two tone puffer jacket, with a face covering and gloves.
