Man left with life-threatening injuries after Castle Ashby crash

Police are appealing for information after a driver was critically injured in a single-vehicle crash near Castle Ashby House on Saturday, 17th January.

At around 8.30pm, a black Volvo V40 collided with a tree after leaving the road for reasons yet to be established.

The driver, a man in his 20s, sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to the University Hospital Coventry for emergency treatment.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are calling for witnesses or anyone with dash-cam footage of the incident to assist their investigation.
