Body found in search for missing Raunds man
Police say the body was discovered at Stanwick Lakes on the evening of Wednesday 31st July.
Northamptonshire Police say they've found a body found in their search for a missing man from Raunds.
The body was discovered at Stanwick Lakes yesterday evening at 6pm.
Searches involving the National Police Air Service were taking place in the area when the body was found at around 6pm.
Specialist officers along with colleagues from Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service recovered him from the water.
Officers say formal identification has yet to take place.
However, the family of 37 year old Raunds man Jamie Attwood, who suffers with Huntingdon disease, has been missing since last Saturday, July 27th.
