Another person charged after Northampton stabbing
It follows an incident last Wednesday
A second person has appeared in court following a serious assault in Northampton.
Arilleus Wright, aged 19, has been charged with attempted murder and the possession of a bladed article in relation to the stabbing of a man in Monarch Road on Wednesday, February 5th.
That happened between 6.30pm and 6.45pm on Wednesday, February 5th, with a 29-year-old man sustaining a single stab wound.
Police carried out house-to house enquiries.
Wright, of no fixed address, appeared before Northampton Magistrates’ Court earlier today, Tuesday, February 11th.
He was remanded in custody ahead of his next appearance at Northampton Crown Court on February 24th.
Meantime, a 17-year-old Northampton boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons because of his age, has also been charged with attempted murder and will next appear at Northampton Crown Court on February 24th.
