The Met Office has issued cold weather warnings for the North East
With highs of 3 degrees celcius across the North East today, we can expect it to be a cold one with snow and sleet about.
The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for cold weather for the region - so make sure you wrap up warm today!
Tonight will stay cold with more snow and sleet expected.
Slightly better though on Monday which will still be very cold with an early morning frost. It should stay dry and sunny though with light winds.
