Two men have been charged with the murder of a Newcastle man with learning difficulties.

Two men have been charged with the murder of a Newcastle man with learning difficulties.

Lee Irving, 24, from Camperdown in East Denton was found dead on a grass area on Saturday morning (6th June).

28-year-old James Wheatley from Newcastle has been charged with murder.

31-year-old Barry Imray, of no fixed abode, is charged with murder and perverting the course of justice.

Both are due to appear at North Tyneside Magistrates.

Two men aged 50 and 23 and two women aged 50 and 20 have been bailed pending further enquiries.
