This year it's the 'Great World Run' with the majority of countries right across the globe taking part!!
One woman managed to beat Mo Farah to the finish line. The incredible Claire Lomas, who was paralysed from the chest down in 2007, she has walked the entire route since Wednesday.
This is the emotional moment she crossed the finish line.
But its not just the wonderful people taking part in the 13.1 mile route - its also the hundreds of people who cheer them on.
