All Pints East organiser and Salt Market Social co-founder Jim Mawdsley, explains: “I came up with an idea to make sure we had a beer festival that involved all of the leading lights of the independent craft beer community in North Tyneside who have been flying the flag for great quality craft beer in the area.

“We all sell beer from the breweries we have invited and many of them have been putting the region on the national and in some cases international beer map. We wanted to bring all that together and have a celebration of all that is great in this wonderful industry of ours.”

“We hope that this will become an annual event, firmly fixed in all beer lovers' diaries.”

Andrew Findlay of Left Luggage continues: “We are very excited to be part of the biggest coastal beer event ever.

“The independent scene here has become massive over the last few years and we have always been a really close and supportive community. This will be a great opportunity for people we see every day to enjoy something a bit different and see some new faces so we can show them the best of what the coast has to offer.”

It is set to be an amazing collection of everything that is great about drinking beer in the North East right now, particularly the North Tyneside Coast.

Graeme Dickson, Marketing and Events Manager, Full Circle Brew Co, added: “We're excited to be involved in the All Pints East festival next year.

“The event is going to be a great showcase of what the North East has on offer, and in our opinion, we boast some of the best beers around the country. It's great to see some of the best craft beer bars involved in this event as well, and all of us coming together to celebrate surely sets up for a fantastic weekend.”
