Man stabbed in West Denton Social Club toilets
A man has been stabbed in the toilets of West Denton Social Club.
It happened at 6:23pm on Monday, April 25 - the 29-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment to a cut to his head. He has since been discharged. A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of wounding and is currently in police custody. Enquiries are ongoing into the incident and officers believe the attack may have happened when a group of five men and the victim went into the toilets of the club at around 6:15pm. Anyone who was in the club at the time of the incident and who has any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 877 25/04/16.
