Man Charged With Attempted Murder Of Police Officer
A 28 year old man from Newcastle has appeared in court today accused of the attempted murder of a police officer.
Michael Walker was arrested yesterday - he's also accused of assault on a police officer and ABH.
He's in custody and will appear at Newcastle Crown Court later this month.
