Man Arrested Over Murder Bailed

A 35-year-old Newcastle man who was arrested in connection with a murder in South Shields has been bailed.

32-year-old Tipu Sultan from Sunderland was shot dead out the back of the Herbs n Spice takeaway in South Shields on Tuesday (7th April).

The man was being held on supsicion of conspiracy to murder.
