Isabella Sorley was jailed for sending violent and abusive messages, which she says she regrets.

The 24-year-old from Newcastle now wants to go into schools to talk to children about the impact of online trolling.

Issy doesn’t believe they know it can land you in prison or the effect it has on the victim.

She is come up with a workshop to take into schools and is also working with the Princes’ Trust.

She said: “You don’t have that person in front of you so you don’t think it’s going to harm them because you’re just typing something on the computer.

“So definitely more education’s needed to realise that there is real world consequences from your digital footprints.”

When talking about the messages she sent Issy told us: “I was definitely just caught up in the mob rule, I just thought kick a lass while she’s down. The victim never came into it.”
