Inspirational Video Goes Viral

A North Tyneside woman with terminal cancer says she's shocked a video of her story has gone viral.

Soraya Copley lives in Cullercoats and was diagnosed with breast cancer 7 and a half years ago.

In the video with over 11,000 views Soraya holds up pieces of paper to describe he journey battling cancer and losing her friends.

She's now helping other young people living with cancer through Shine Cancer Support.

"I’ve actually been really lucky to make it this far.

Several friends of mine haven’t been so lucky and in October last year I lost one of my closest friends to breast cancer at the age of 28. It just makes you appreciate things even more as you just never know when things can change"
