Power in the area has been isolated and residents evacuated from nearby properties. There are no reported injuries.

Local residents say the blaze, which started in the early hours this morning (Thur 1st December) is at the Working Men's Club.

Emergency services have the road closed off and say it'll be like that for some time as they deal with the ongoing incident.

We're told nearby residents had to be evacuated overnight.

The local Primary School is offering a place for breakfasts for local residents as the power in nearby homes has been cut as the incident continues.
