England into World Cup semi-finals
Gareth Southgate's side booked their place with a 2-0 win over Sweden
England have qualified for the World Cup semi-finals for the first time in 28 years after beating Sweden 2-0 in Samara.
There were wild celebrations in the fanzone in Times Square in Newcastle at full time.
Harry Maguire opened the scoring for England - heading the ball home from an Ashley Young corner half-an-hour into the game.
It was another typical England set piece and Maguire's first international goal.
England added a second half goal through a Dele Alli header.
Gareth Southgate had told his side it could be one the best opportunities they ever have to keep dreams of winning the World Cup alive.
They'll now be in semi-final action in Moscow on Wednesday evening.
