The Dreaded Phone Problem.....Solved

Published 10th Jun 2015

So this morning you heard Steve and Karen talking about just how many of us have broken our mobile phones....

Well, cos we're nice we've sourced some ways to fix problems yourself!

With over 560 million Apple iPhones and over 200 million Apple iPads sold since their release, Apple is dominating the technology market. But with an increase in popularity comes an increase in the amount of damages that occur to these devices.

Lovefone have created an infographic to provide smart and quick solutions to the most common problems with the Apple MacBook, iPhone and iPad.

For example, did you know…

  • If your ear speaker is broken on your iPhone, this may be caused by trapped debris in the headphone jack. A toothpick can easily remove this though!
  • If Apps crash and freeze on your iPhone, force quite the app and then hold the lock button until the red slider appears, then press and hold button for about 10 seconds.
  • If your iPad won’t connect to the Wi-Fi, you can reset your network settings by trying Settings › Reset › Reset network settings
  • If your MacBook turns off as soon as you unplug it, it means your battery is dead and needs replacing.
