Dog Bite Victim Aims for Beauty Title
An 11-year-old girl from Newcastle who suffered facial injuries after a dog attack - will compete for the crown at this years Miss Teen Great Britain.
Georgia Robinson from West Denton suffered a terrifying attack leaving her with 15 stitches in her mouth after her top lip was punctured, resulting in scarring.
Georgia thought dreams of her being a model were over.
She’s now secured the title of Little Miss Teen Newcastle beating off thousands of hopefuls from across the country and will is a finalist for Miss Teen Great Britain that will be held later this year.
Georgia said:
“I had no confidence and didn’t want to go to school but now I’ve got that back and want to show others they can chase their dreams.”
“I want to inspire others to show that, even if you go through tough times, you can turn them into something positive”
