Arrest made after Winlaton fire
Teenager held in connection with blaze.
Police have arrested a male in connection with the fire at St Paul's Church in Winlaton. The 16-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of arson and is currently in police custody. The fire happened at around 5:50am on Tuesday, February 23, and caused extensive damage to the building. Enquiries are ongoing and police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact them on 101 quoting reference number 107 23/02/16.
