95% of New Year's resolutions are related to this but only 10% think they will last

Research has revealed that a massive 95% of people decided on fitness related New Year's resolutions, however only 10% of those expect to keep them up for at least three months.
Many won't even get that far with 43% of those surveyed are expected to have given up by the beginning of February!

Instead of watching TV together, try reading to each other. It’s a great chance to cuddle up together, and your eyes will thank you for the break from the screen!

Whether it’s taking salsa class or hitting your local, get up and have a boogie. It’s amazing for endorphins.

Why not go and explore that nature reserve or botanical garden you’ve never been to?

Visit all the pubs you don’t usually go to, go to that quirky old museum on the corner, and take photos of EVERYTHING!
Finally, record your memories
And actually print out some photos and pop them all in an album!
