Justin Bieber apologises to fans for acting ‘arrogant’ and ‘conceited’ - WATCH
He posted the emotional video on Twitter
Justin Bieber has opened up to his fans in an emotional video, apologising for his ‘arrogant’ and ‘conceited’ behaviour.
The troubled pop star, who has had a number of incidents with the law over the past year, posted the video online yesterday (28th January).
In the short video, the 20-year-old records himself voicing regret for his recent ‘bad boy’ behaviour and apologising for ‘pretending to be someone else’.
"I just wanted to make a video because I wanted to express how I feel right now," he begins.
The Canadian singer goes on to explain that he had been on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier that day and ‘was really nervous.’
"I think I was nervous because I was afraid of what people are thinking about me right now," he continued.
"It’s been a minute since I've been in a public appearance, and I didn't want to come off arrogant or conceited or basically how I've been acting the last year and a half.
"I'm not who I was pretending to be. Why I say I was 'pretending' is often we pretend to be something we're not as a cover up of what we're truly feeling inside and there were a lot of feelings going on in there.”
2014 saw the ‘Baby’ hit-maker get his first ever police mugshot, get charged with DUI, be accused of speeding and get accused of peeing into a restaurant’s mop bucket.
