Ant and Dec To Host The BRIT Awards 2015
14 years after they last helmed the ceremony
Ant and Dec have been named as the big name hosts of The BRIT Awards 2015.
Taking place at The O2 Arena in London on Wednesday 25th February, the ceremony will mark the second time Ant and Dec have hosted The BRITs following their debut in 2001.
The Newcastle duo said in a statement: "We're really excited to be hosting the BRITs again next year, it is undoubtedly the biggest night in the British music calendar.
“We're especially excited now we're No.1 recording artists ourselves. We'll be offering our advice to the fledgling pop stars backstage as to how to have a No.1 hit, as long as they're prepared to wait 19 years for their records to top the chart like ours did!"
Ant and Dec's 1994 song 'Let's Get Ready To Rhumble', released as PJ and Duncan, hit number one last summer following a performance on Saturday Night Takeaway.

The I’m A Celebrity hosts – full names Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly - take over from James Corden who has helmed The BRIT Awards since 2011.
BRITs Chairman Max Lousada said: “Ant & Dec are two of the most popular TV broadcasters this country has ever produced and it’s a real honour to have them take centre stage once again to host the BRITs.
“It’s great that these two pillars of British TV will be part of a night about celebrating icons in British music.”
Earlier this month it was revealed that influential and often controversial artist Tracey Emin is designing the 2015 statuette.
She follows in the footsteps of previous designers Tracey Emin, Peter Blake, Damien Hirst and Philip Tracey.
Arctic Monkeys and One Direction were the biggest winners at The BRITs earlier this year with two prestigious honours each.
