The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for parts of Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire for this afternoon.

It says we could expect to see some thunderstorms forming between now and the end of the day, which could cause some disruption to power and travel.

It comes as the UK is experiencing a heatwave, with a amber heat warning issued for parts of England and Wales for the first time ever.

Temperatures in parts of the country are expected to reach around 33 degrees.

Here in the East it's set to stay around the mid to high twenties.
