A woman in her 60's was walking her dog in Fen Meadow at around 6.30pm on Wednesday 17th February when her pet was reportedly attacked by another dog which was apparently off the lead.

Police say the victim managed to pull the two dogs apart, when the owner of the second dog approached her and accused her of hitting his dog.

He then pushed her over and was verbally abusive.

She was left with a sore neck but no injuries.

The man is described as in his 30's, wearing dark clothing and had with him a Tibetan terrier/cocker-poo style dog that was caramel in colour.

Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact Suffolk Police quoting crime number 37/8402/21.
