West Norfolk rugby coach says he's optimistic England can finish 2nd in Six Nations

A rugby coach in West Norfolk is telling us he's optimistic that England can beat Scotland today- and go on to finish second in the Six Nations
The Calcutta Cup gets underway at Twickenham- this afternoon- with Dereham's Freddie Steward once again missing from the starting 15, following the team's narrow win over France
His last start for England was against Ireland in their tournament opener, on February the 1st.
"I feel more positive about England Rugby, than I did 12 months ago"
Darren Clarke is director of West Norfolk's club:
"The problem with Freddie Steward is that if he doesn't start he's not going to be on the bench, because I don't think he's one of those players who's likely to come on and impact the game.
"But, if it's a game where we need somebody to manage and deal with the high ball, then I'm sure he'll get the nod. So he's still got a huge roll to play".
"When you look at the team- there's a few areas where we need to look at and improve an a bit. But I think we're now building a squad that can probably compete all the way to the next World Cup.
