Wanted man arrested and charged after police search
29-year-old Rocky Collins faces multiple charges over an October incident
A man who was wanted by police on recall to prison has been arrested and charged.
29-year-old Rocky Collins had been sought by officers after breaching the terms of his licence. He was detained in Thetford yesterday and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Collins has now been charged with intentional strangulation, actual bodily harm, assaulting an emergency worker, and resisting a constable in the execution of their duty. The charges relate to an incident on 17 October 2025.
He is due to appear before Norwich Magistrates’ Court today (Friday 21 November).
