Two seriously injured after five-car crash on the A11

Two people have been taken to hospital with serious leg injuries following the collision on the A11 at Ketteringham.

Police were called to a lay-by on the Thetford-bound carriageway of the A11 at Ketterinham at around 3.10pm on Sunday 22nd November.

A black Jaguar was travelling along the road when it was in a collision with a blue Vauxhall Tigra parked in a lay-by.

Police say that resulted in a collision with two further vehicles in the lay-by, a Ford Focus and a Ford Mondeo.

A fifth vehicle, a black Nissan Qashqai, was then hit by debris during the incident.

The drivers of the Tigra and the Focus were taken to hospital with serious leg injuries, whilst the drivers of the Jaguar and Mondeo, sustained minor injuries.
