Two men charged in connection with thefts from shop in Norwich

Two men have been charged with theft after items were stolen from a shop in Norwich last week.

Police searched a pair of suspects at around 3:35pm last Wednesday (June 14) on Magdalen Road, in connection with an alleged theft at a store in St Augustine's.

Both were subsequently arrested.

David Rivenberg, aged 44, of Vauxhall Street, Norwich has been charged with three counts of theft from a shop and handling stolen goods.

Dougie Croll, aged 52, of Johnson Place, Norwich has been charged with two counts of theft from a shop.

Both have been bailed ahead of an apperance at Norwich Magistrates' Court on August 8.
