Two arrested on suspicion of murder after death of man in Sprowston

It's after the body of a man in his 30s was discovered last month.

Two men in their 40s have been questioned on suspicion of murder after the body of a man was discovered in Sprowston last month.

The man in his 30s was discovered in the Church Lane area at around 7:45am on September 23.

It's believed the man was involved in two fights on September 19, the first at around 7:40am on Ketts Hill, the second at around 8:30am on the bridge on Prince of Wales Road.

Detectives are urging witnesses to either incident to get in touch.

A man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of murder yesterday (October 3) and has since been released on bail.

A second man, also in his 40s, was arrested today and remains at Wymondham Police Station for questioning.
