Norfolk charity looking for daredevils to abseil down The Forum

Thrill seekers at the ready - the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity has the challenge for you!
The N&N Hospitals Charity Abseil is returning to raise money to support patients and staff at NNUH, Cromer and Jenny Lind Hospitals.
This year, they're giving people the chance to take on the Forum building in Norwich as well as an abseil down the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
The abseil down the Forum takes place on Sunday 17 September, whilst the NNUH abseil takes place on Sunday 1th December, with those taking part encouraged to dress in a festive outfit.
Anyone aged 15 and over can take part - although those under 18 require full parental consent.
