Teenagers arrested after break-in at West Norfolk school which caused £10,000 of damage

Two teenage boys have been arrested in connection with a burglary at a West Norfolk school over the weekend.

15 windows were smashed at the Iceni Academy in Methwold sometime between 6:30pm on Friday (November 24) and 10:30am on Sunday (November 26).

Two doors were also damaged, along with walls, floors and equipment inside the building.

Around £10,000 worth of damage was caused.

The two boys were arrested last night (November 27) and questioned at King's Lynn Police Station.

Both have been bailed under January 14 2024, pending further enquiries.
