The north of the county is also covered by a yellow weather warning for wind.
Meanwhile, neighbouring Suffolk has declared a major incident because of the amount of rainfall there.
Several schools across the county closed today because of the weather, including All Saints Primary in Winfarthing and The Compass on Pott Row.
More information on school closures can be found here.
Several attractions across Norfolk, including Amazona Zoo in Cromer, Fakenham Racecourse and Go Ape at Thetford also decided to close.
Flooding has closed the A11 northbound at Thetford, the A47 in both directions at Honingham and, further afield, the A1120 at Earl Soham in Suffolk.
