Police hunt Norwich man wanted on recall to prison

Police are on the lookout for a Norwich man, who is wanted on recall to prison.
45 year old Wayne Philpott is thought to have breached the terms of his licence.
He is thought to also have links to Caister and Great Yarmouth.
He is described as being 180cm tall, of medium build, with receding short brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who sees him is being urged to contact Norfolk Police on 101.
