Police are appealing for information following a collision in Badersfield.
It happened on Scottow Road, at the junction with Church Lane at 6.55pm on Friday 29 November.
The driver of a black Mercedes, a man in his 40s, remains in hospital in a serious condition, after he was taken by air ambulance to Addenbrooke's.
The passenger, a man in his 30s, suffered minor injuries.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision.
Anyone with any information or relevant dashcam footage is asked to get in touch with Norfolk Police.
