Police appeal after motorcyclist dies in Syderstone

The collision happened on Saturday (28 June), when a motorbike collided with a van on the B1454 Fakenham Road

Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision in Syderstone.

The collision happened at around 9.30am, on Saturday (28 June), when a red and black Suzuki GSXR 1000cc motorbike collided with a white Renault Master box van on the B1454 Fakenham Road.

Norfolk Police says the motorcyclist, a man aged in his 50s, died at the scene.

The road was closed whilst emergency services attended the scene including ambulance. It reopened at around 5.30pm.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who has any relevant dashcam footage.
